Surrender into stillness with a meditation experience designed to soothe the nervous system and restore inner harmony. Each session begins with calming breathwork (Pranayama), then gently transitions into personalized practices such as mindfulness, mantra meditation, and the healing resonance of crystal bowls or sacred sound. Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional balance, or deep relaxation, your session is thoughtfully tailored to your intentions—inviting a sense of serenity, connection, and quiet renewal.
Sādhanā
Sadhana means spiritual discipline. It is a dedicated spiritual practice aimed towards awakening, self-realization, liberation and higher consciousness.
I’m here to support you taking your meditation practice to the next level and developing a sustainable, transformational practice for yourself- over a 40 Day period. We dive deeper into the power of Mantra, Mudra, Pranayama, and affirming rituals for transformation and liberation.
It requires commitment, regularity and devotion but I’m here to support you to whatever you did. It is a personal journey but you don’t have to do it alone! By establishing your Sankalpa (root intention) we then craft your Invocation, Embodiment and Offering, for the benefit of all beings. You will cultivate a strong foundation of mindfulness, devotion and awareness that is life changing!
